Award Win

Kambi’s superiority in product development and innovation was once again recognised at this year’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E), taking first place in the Best Consumer Service Technology category for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) at the ‘Gaming and Technology Awards’, presented by Global Gaming Business.

Our BYOD technology enables players to view the full Kambi offering and construct their bets remotely, generating a QR code which can then be scanned on-property by a teller or at a Kambi kiosk. Facilitating a contactless sports wagering experience and fully conducive to current social distancing measures, the technology is delivering great success for our partners in the US and beyond. Kambi Kiosk

G2E is one of the betting and gaming sector’s most important trade shows, drawing thousands of industry stakeholders from across the globe to Las Vegas each year. Although the show may have entered new territory in going virtual for 2020, Kambi took full advantage of the new format with a complete branded experience in its dedicated virtual showroom.

Our product area showcased the scope of the capabilities which have delivered unparalleled success for our partners across the US regulated market, including our unrivalled skill in matters of compliance and speed to market, Kambi’s partner differentiation capabilities in critical customer-facing elements such as UI and odds, as well as our market-leading on-property solution.

More than 700 Kambi kiosks are now in operation throughout the US, and we are live in more properties post-PASPA than any other provider, empowering the growth of partners such as Penn National Gaming, Rush Street Interactive, Seneca Gaming Corporation and Four Winds Casinos.

Pushing the odds

Max Meltzer, Kambi’s Chief Commercial Officer, spoke during the show to host Matt Perrault on influential sports broadcaster SportsMap Radio’s sports betting show, Pushing the Odds. Taking in a range of topics including the launch of Penn National’s Kambi-powered Barstool sportsbook in Pennsylvania and Kambi’s renewed position of strength as major sports return, you can catch the full conversation here.
