- Processing that is necessary for performance of a contract:This includes such things as administering and managing your account/contract and the provision of services relating to that account/contract;
- Processing that is necessary for our own legitimate interestsor those of third parties (including the other Kambi group companies and our Operator clients). These interests are:

How long your Personal Data is stored for:

Where you have submitted your details on the Kambi Website or at an event, or otherwise provided them to us so that we can provide you with further information about our products and services, we will only use the Personal Data you provide us for those purposes. What are your rights?

Please note that we are unable to comply with individual requests made where we are unable to verify your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). Transfers outside of the EEA
Yes – Kambi may transfer your information outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) (as it is made up from time to time). In particular, your Personal Data may be transferred to:

- the United States;
- the United Kingdom.
In relation to such transfers, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect that transfer, such as contractual obligations being imposed on the recipients of your Personal Data.
