Kambi Group plc partners with Station Casinos in Nevada in landmark omni-channel sportsbook and player account management platform agreement

Kambi to enter the Silver State, which includes its gambling hub Las Vegas, in partnership with one of the market’s established leaders

Kambi Group plc (“Kambi”), the home of premium sports betting solutions, has entered a long-term arrangement with Station Casinos LLC (“Station Casinos”) to provide its Turnkey Sportsbook and player account management platform (PAM) solution to one of Nevada’s premier gaming, hospitality and entertainment operators.

The 10-year agreement will enable Kambi to enter Nevada and its world-renowned gambling hub Las Vegas for the first time, having secured its Nevada licence in 2025. The partnership is expected to have a mid-single-digit-million euros financial impact for Kambi from 2027 onwards.

Founded in 1976, Station Casinos is one of the largest operators in Nevada and the leader off-Strip, pioneering the Las Vegas ‘locals casino’ market by developing neighbourhood resort-casinos away from the Strip and Downtown. Alongside its parent company Red Rock Resorts, Inc., Station Casinos owns and operates a portfolio of more than 20 properties across the Las Vegas Valley, including Red Rock Casino Resort Spa, Green Valley Ranch and Durango Casino & Resort, capturing a vast player database where more than 95% of the local population resides within a five-mile radius of a Station Casino property.

In addition to its off-Strip locations, the company's on-Strip sports betting footprint includes a third-party management agreement via its STN Sports division to operate the retail sportsbook at Treasure Island, as well as operating the retail and mobile sports betting operations of Fontainebleau Las Vegas located on the north end of the Strip. Furthermore, the company manages sportsbooks for third-party properties outside its core portfolio, including the El Cortez Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas, as well as the CasaBlanca Resort and Virgin River Hotel & Casino in Mesquite, Nevada.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kambi will deliver a fully integrated omni-channel solution across retail and online. Designed specifically for the Nevada market, the bespoke solution combines its premium Turnkey Sportsbook and pari-mutuel Racebook with its in-house PAM platform to power a seamless, end-to-end betting experience.

In partnering with Kambi, Station Casinos will benefit from the global liquidity generated by one of the world's most powerful sports betting networks. This accumulated intelligence informs Kambi’s AI-powered pricing and trading, and its advanced risk management, and enables an extensive offering and a market-leading Bet Builder product, all proven to drive player engagement and operator performance.

Kambi will also deliver a unified user experience across multiple channels, with a single wallet connecting in-person wagering and online betting. In addition to an on-property sportsbook rollout across Nevada, Station Casinos will utilise Kambi’s Turnkey Sportsbook for its STN Sports mobile app, enabling bettors within the state to place wagers on an expansive pre-match and live offering while earning rewards points toward their property-wide Boarding Pass loyalty accounts.

In entering Nevada, Kambi reinforces its commitment to meeting the highest standards of regulatory compliance and corporate probity, while bringing its award-winning sportsbook technology to one of the world’s most established sports betting markets.

Werner Becher, CEO of Kambi Group, said: “Kambi is delighted to enter this exciting partnership with Station Casinos, an operator of great size and reputation in the Nevada market. This landmark agreement will not only see Kambi enter Nevada, widely known for being the gold standard of gaming and sports betting regulation, but it also marks the first state-wide deployment of our fully integrated Turnkey Sportsbook and PAM solution. I look forward to working closely with Station Casinos over the next decade as we aim to take its online and retail sportsbooks to the next level.”

“We look forward to partnering with Kambi and leveraging their proven technology platform to enhance the sports betting experience for our guests,” said Jason McCormick, Vice President of Race and Sports for Station Casinos. “Together, we are committed to providing a reliable, engaging, and seamless experience that meets the evolving needs of our players.”
