Kambi Group plc completes share buyback programme

Kambi Group plc (“Kambi”) has completed its share buyback programme initiated on 27 November 2025 within the mandate approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 18 June 2025 (the “Programme”)

The objective of the Programme was to achieve added value for Kambi’s shareholders and to give the Board increased flexibility with Kambi’s capital structure by reducing the capital. The Programme was carried out in accordance with the Maltese Companies Act, the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596/2014 (MAR), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052 (Safe Harbour Regulation) and other applicable rules. Kambi will at a future date proceed with the cancellation of previously acquired shares in line with the purpose of the programme.

Kambi has during the period 18 May – 20 May 2026 (the “Buyback Period”) repurchased a total of 22,000 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 155.11 SEK. From the beginning of the Programme, which started on 27 November, until and including 20 May 2026, Kambi has repurchased a total of 798,895 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 125.00 SEK per share.

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB on behalf of Kambi. DNB Carnegie makes its trading decisions in relation to Kambi’s shares independently of and without influence by Kambi. Following these latest purchases, Kambi Group plc holds 1,198,895 of its own shares as of 20 May 2026. The total number of shares in Kambi Group plc is 27,709,944.

Under the Programme Kambi was authorised to repurchase a maximum of 1,672,887 ordinary shares, up to a maximum amount of SEK 100 million (€9m).
