Kambi Group plc (\u201cKambi\u201d) has during the period 3 August \u2013 7 August 2026 (the \u201cBuyback Period\u201d) repurchased a total of 22,500 ordinary shares (ISIN: MT0000780107) as part of the share buyback programme, within the mandate approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 18 June 2026 (the \u201cProgramme\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The objective of the Programme is to achieve added value for Kambi\u2019s shareholders and to give the Board increased flexibility with Kambi\u2019s capital structure by reducing the capital. The Programme is being carried out in accordance with the Maltese Companies Act, the EU Market Abuse Regulation No 596\/2014 (MAR), Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016\/1052 (Safe Harbour Regulation) and other applicable rules.<\/p>\n

During the Buyback Period, Kambi repurchased a total of 22,500 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 178.34 SEK. From the beginning of the Programme, which started on 22 June, until and including 7 August 2026, Kambi has repurchased a total of 194,285 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 166.49 SEK per share.<\/p>\n

All acquisitions have been carried out on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB on behalf of Kambi. DNB Carnegie makes its trading decisions in relation to Kambi\u2019s shares independently of and without influence by Kambi. Following these latest purchases, Kambi Group plc holds 594,285 of its own shares as of 7 August 2026. The total number of shares in Kambi Group plc is 26,911,049.

Under the Programme Kambi is authorised to repurchase a maximum of 2,291,105 ordinary shares, up to a maximum amount of SEK 100 million (\u20ac9.2m).
