Kambi Group plc: Exercise of options<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the exercise window ended on 9 August 2019, under the rules of Kambi Group plc Share Option Plan 2013 introduced in December 2013, 4,000 options were exercised. In addition, under the rules of Kambi Group plc Share Option Plan 2015 introduced in December 2015, 30,000 options were exercised.<\/p>\n

Following this exercise, the total amount of shares outstanding in Kambi Group plc will be 30,302,197 shares following Malta Stock Exchange\u2019s issuance of new shares, with a par value of EUR 0.003 per share.<\/p>\n
