Nine ordinary resolutions were approved:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Consolidated Financial Statements (Annual Report) 2019 approved;<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Report on Directors\u2019 remuneration 2019 approved;<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Directors\u2019 fees 2020 approved;<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Lars Stugemo, Anders Str\u00f6m, Patrick Clase, Marlene Forsell and Cecilia de Leeuw re-elected Directors; <br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Mazars Malta were reappointed as external auditors;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All three extraordinary Resolutions, Resolutions j, k, and l, obtained one majority of two required in terms of Clause 135 of the Companies Act (Cap 386), and in terms of Articles 48B, 2(b) of the Articles of Association of the Company.
