{"id":3435,"date":"2023-05-02T06:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-02T05:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.kambi.com\/investors\/news-pr\/kambi-group-plc-signs-exclusive-long-term-sportsbook-agreement-with-us-gaming-giant-ballys-corporation\/"},"modified":"2026-09-02T08:33:25","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T07:33:25","slug":"kambi-group-plc-signs-exclusive-long-term-sportsbook-agreement-with-us-gaming-giant-ballys-corporation","status":"publish","type":"press_release","link":"https:\/\/www.kambi.com\/pt-br\/investors\/news-pr\/kambi-group-plc-signs-exclusive-long-term-sportsbook-agreement-with-us-gaming-giant-ballys-corporation\/","title":{"rendered":"Kambi Group plc signs exclusive long-term sportsbook agreement with US gaming giant Bally\u2019s Corporation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mfn-preamble\">\n<p><strong>The world\u2019s leading sports betting supplier to support the global expansion of \u201cBally Bet\u201d &#8211; Bally\u2019s online sports betting platform &#8211; with provision of a fully managed sportsbook<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mfn-body\">\n<p>Kambi Group plc (\u201cKambi\u201d), the world&#39;s trusted sports betting partner, has entered into an exclusive long-term sportsbook partnership with Bally\u2019s Corporation (\u201cBally\u2019s\u201d), one of the world\u2019s leading casino-entertainment companies.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the partnership, Kambi will support the expansion and enhancement of Bally\u2019s online and retail sportsbooks with the provision of Kambi\u2019s award-winning fully managed sportsbook to deliver unrivalled online and retail sports betting entertainment to Bally\u2019s global customer base.<\/p>\n<p>Kambi&#39;s quick integration, compliant technology and speed to market capabilities will enable the partnership to expand rapidly, with Bally&#39;s planning to be powered by Kambi in at least seven US states and at four retail gaming locations by the end of this year.<\/p>\n<p>The Kambi sportsbook will replace Bally&#39;s proprietary sports betting technology and, through an integration into the operator&#39;s in-house data and marketing technology stacks, will enable Bally&#39;s to reduce fixed costs and drive further engagement in its \u201cBally Bet\u201d brand.<\/p>\n<p>In line with Kambi\u2019s modular product approach, the two parties have also come to an agreement which provides Bally\u2019s the option, pending the satisfaction of certain material performance metrics, to acquire a license to a limited part of Kambi\u2019s online and retail technology source code. Should Bally\u2019s exercise the option and pay an agreed sum, the two parties would enter into a separate long-term outsourcing agreement in relation to Kambi\u2019s range of modularised services.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership between Kambi and Bally\u2019s has the potential to become a material source of revenue for Kambi over the course of the contract.<\/p>\n<p>Kristian Nyl\u00e9n, Kambi Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, said: \u201cWe are pleased to enter into this long-term partnership with Bally\u2019s to enable the enhancement and expansion of its online and retail sports betting platform and services.
