Fourteen ordinary resolutions (resolutions A &#8211; N) were approved:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annual Report and the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 were approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Remuneration report for the year ended 31 December 2024 was approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Number of Board Members 2025 was approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Board Members\u2019 fees 2025 were approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Anders Str\u00f6m, Patrick Clase, Marlene Forsell, Kristian Nyl\u00e9n and Benjie Cherniak were re-elected as Directors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Anna Nordell Westling and Ronnie Bodinger were appointed as additional new Directors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Anders Str\u00f6m was appointed Chairoperson of the Board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Guidelines on the appointment and composition of the Nomination Committee were approved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mazars Malta were re-appointed as external auditors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All five extraordinary resolutions, resolutions O &#8211; S, obtained one majority of two required in terms of Clause 135 of the Companies Act (Chapter 386 of the Laws of Malta), and in terms of Article 53.2 of the Articles of Association of the Company.
