Anders Str\u00f6m, Member of the Board of Directors of Kambi Group Plc (\u201dKambi\u201d), has sold 675,000 shares in Kambi through Veralda Investment Ltd (\u201dVeralda\u201d). The transaction took place on 11 February 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Below is the principal text of the Press Release by ABG Sundal Collier, the global coordinator and bookrunner in connection with the transaction.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Veralda Investment Ltd (\u201cVeralda\u201d) has today, 11 February 2021, sold 675,000 shares in Kambi Group Plc (\u201dKambi\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), corresponding to 2.2% of the shares in the Company, through an accelerated book-building process in an offering to Swedish and international institutional investors at a price of SEK 462 per share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately SEK 312 million (the \u201cPlacement\u201d).<\/p>\n

Following the Placement, Veralda owns 5,428,564 shares in Kambi, corresponding to 17.5% of the ordinary share capital. These remaining ordinary shares held by Veralda will be subject to a customary lock-up from the date of this announcement until the date which is 90 days after settlement of the Placement, save for customary exceptions as well as pledges for financing transactions and waiver by ABG Sundal Collier.<\/p>\n
